To celebrate a decade of appropriately-inappropriate, hand built race motorcycles at The Malle Mile Festival, for 2024 and the tenth year anniversary, we’re launching ‘The Malle Mile Custom Build Challenge’!
A DISTINGUISHED JURY OF WORLD CLASS CUSTOM BUILDERS, AND PRESS WILL SELECT THE CATEGORY WINNERS AND THE OVERALL WINNER. THE TOP PRIZE IS A Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Sponsored Build FOR THE WINNING MACHINE, A PLACE ON THE GREAT MALLE RALLY 2025 AND A CASH PRIZE OF £2500, PLUS EXCLUSIVE PRIZES FROM THE MALLE MILE PARTNERS FOR EACH OF THE ADDITIONAL ‘APPROPRIATELY INAPPROPRIATE’ CHALLENGE CATEGORIES.
The rules are simple – build and drag race the ultimate custom Malle machine. To be exhibited in ‘The Art Of Machine’ concourse exhibition of custom/rare motorcycles, then enter it into the ‘The Art Of Sprint’ drag race on the Saturday night of the festival.
Open to all machines considered custom, hand made, rare, classic and in true Malle Mile style, the wilder and the more inappropriate the better! Dream, sketch, build, finish or polish your custom motorcycle project for The Mile. All approved entrants will be invited to exhibit in ‘The Art of Machine’ 10th year anniversary concourse exhibition at the Castle.
