Customer Service, Digital and Ecommerce Sales
We are looking for an e-commerce customer service person to join our team! Whilst this is primarily a customer service and order management role, there is an opportunity to take on more creative tasks in addition to your existing responsibilities. Personal interest in motorcycles, travel and adventure is an advantage, but not essential.
As a small company, there is real opportunity to expand on this role over time.

Answer daily customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone and social media to resolve all customer related questions.
Work closely with our fulfilment partner and process online orders ensuring accurate, timely and safe delivery.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and continually develop brand knowledge.
Manage customer feedback to improve online product information.
Be proactive in proposing ways in which to improve customer relations.
Basic digital updates via the Malle website.
Produce reports to help drive improvements to our customer service.
Help with daily office and admin tasks.
Experience working in a service environment (minimum 1 year experience preferred).
Excellent communication and written skills.
Proficent problem solver.
Experience with customer service, retail, WordPress (basic), LiveChat, Google Drive (Word and Excel), and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is able to learn new systems quickly, multitask, and work through deadlines.
Strong organisational skills and excellent time keeping.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
