Wow! What a way to kick off the Malle summer, Margate Beach you did not disappoint! After taking the last race flag off of the beach, shaking sand out of everything we own, our fuel tanks were empty, but after that wild race weekend, our hearts are so full.
Thank you to every single rider and guest for making the 2023 Beach Race the best one yet! We didn’t think it could get better than last year, but with more riders, more guests, parties, dancing, photographers, commentators and even a marriage proposal on the final finish line from the race winner, this was a year to remember!
This years race hosted 269 motorcycles racing on the beach, in 7 race classes, entering 4 different races (The Sprint, The Double, The Malle100 and The Derby), over 2 full days on the Sands, with 2-3 heats per race and then the knockouts in each, that’s 2257 motorcycle races over the weekend!
